Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package status in your account dashboard or through our delivery partner's website.
Handling Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed.
