Open the parcel before you pay the rider. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, return it with the rider and we send the right one.

An unworn item with its tags can be exchanged for another size within 7 days. Tell us on WhatsApp or by phone first.

Items stitched to your measurements cannot be exchanged.
